This is what you might see of late should you magically appear at our home. Not the dorm room, but me weilding a mad finger and grumpy bear look. Ah, the 'wonder' of the holidays...then this morning I read this:
"Accompany me today, O Spirit invisible, in all my goings, but stay with me also when I am in my own home and amoung my kindred. Forbid that I should fail to show to those nearest me the sympathy and consideration which thy grace enables me to show to others with whom I have to do. Forbid that I should refuse to my own household the courtesy and politeness which I think proper to show to strangers. Let charity begin today at home."

This could not have come at a better or more needed time for me. Seems like Team Osborne does really well amoung the public, and then we all lose patience at home. We had a long talk last night with the kids about being loving not only at church/school/out and about, but also at home. O Lord, grant me the ability to love my family like I love the strangers. May my life out match my life at home...
