So after hearing Celine Dion do "O Holy Night" this afternoon, I was in desparate need of something not expressly Christmas to purge my mental palate. Hit the presets, and arrive at 106.3 as a new song is starting. Happened to be Pete Townsend. The song -- "Let My Love Open the Door". Hmmm....good classic song, great pick me up, much needed after Celine.

Thinking as I'm driving home...what a great Christmas-y themed message. God's love, coming at the time when humanity needed it most, His love opening the door for us to experience love and grace and mercy, to enter through the door of Jesus into something so grand and glorious words fail to express it clearly.
